Microfluidic channel structures and devices can be printed on textiles and in particular on flexible fabrics, such as clothing, for applications in wearable microfluidic sensors and systems. The wearable and flexible microfluidic devices are fabricated from water-insoluable plastisol polymers, which may be screen-printable, and sheets of paper may be used as a sacrificial substrate during production.
