[Optical Trapping Applications] Optical and Hydrodynamic Stretching of Single Cells From Blood


The presentation is a progress report with preliminary results on measurements of deformability of red blood cells as a marker for disease. Experiments are mainly carried out in polymer microfluidic devices produced by injection molding.
