[Small]Drug Delivery: One-Step Microfluidic Synthesis of Nanocomplex with Tunable Rigidity and Acid-


In article number 1603109, Jiashu Sun, Haijun Yu, Xingyu Jiang, and co-workers utilize microfluidic chips to generate rigid pH-sensitive micellar nanocomplex (RPN) with tunable rigidity and acid-switchable surface charge for overcoming cancer drug resistance. The functionalization of RPN is realized through the incorporation of rigid PLGA core into pH-sensitive micelle. The RPN significantly enhances therapeutic efficacy against MCF-7/ADR xenograft tumor in mice, without the assistance of other therapeutic means.
